Creative Waters is run by husband and wife Kevin and Terri Plummer, the same team behind KP Garden Design & Landscapes. We are based in Shoreham, West Sussex.
Creative Waters' custom hot tub spa design and build service was born out of a fusion of our landscaping background, with experience of many water features, ponds and pools, and a wish for something different. We started looking for products that offered something a little different, that would add a unique touch to a garden. After all, we believe that gardens are essentially a place to escape from the pressures of everyday life. What better way of doing this than to relax in your very own private outdoor hot tub or spa?

We liked the idea of a hot tub, but did not like the look or thought of an unsightly square plastic box sitting on top of a patio. We wanted a product that looked nicer, that did not stand out like a sore thumb, that would 'click' with what our customers wanted from their landscaping design, and that offered quality and luxury at a reasonable price.
Hot tub spas, such as the type we make, have been popular in the USA for many years. After much research, we have put together a supply chain that has enabled us to offer the same experience to clients in the UK. We feel a customised hot spa, built on site and set into, or half-into, the ground, has a much more personal and stylish touch than an ordinary hot tub.
